Sustainability strategy · Regulation · Value chains
From sustainability ambition to operational reality.
Circularify helps companies turn sustainability strategy, regulatory requirements and value-chain challenges into practical action — with clear priorities, accountable governance and measurable progress.
Experience across global organisations and value chains
What I do
Advisory · Implementation · Capability
Sustainability becomes valuable when it changes how the business operates.
Targets, reports and policies are not outcomes. I work with leaders and cross-functional teams to turn complexity into a focused programme of decisions, ownership and action.
Selected client work
Representative mandates · Clients anonymised
Selected work across strategy, governance, regulation and value chains.
Engagements range from focused executive interventions to embedded advisory support — always designed around the decisions, capabilities and operating conditions required for delivery.
How I work
From ambition to evidence
The handover from strategy to execution is where sustainability succeeds — or stalls.
I create the operating conditions that make implementation possible: a clear focus, decisions that functions can act on, accountable owners and evidence of progress.
Focus
Identify what matters most to the business, its impacts and stakeholders.
Translate
Convert ambition and requirements into decisions, roles, data and measures.
Mobilise
Align leaders and functions; engage suppliers and value-chain partners.
Deliver
Establish governance, track progress and adapt as evidence changes.
“The work is not finished when the target is set. It is finished when the organisation can make different decisions — and demonstrate the outcome.”
Alexandra Morton · Founder & Managing Director

Clarity · Capability · Control
A senior partner for the decisions between ambition and delivery.

About
Experience that connects
I understand implementation because I have led it.
I am the founder and managing director of Circularify, a sustainability strategist, advisor, author and MBA-level guest lecturer with more than 25 years of international executive experience across supply chains, operations and business transformation.
Before founding Circularify, I held senior leadership roles at adidas, Unilever, Starbucks, FedEx and Infarm. That experience shapes how I work today: sustainability must be translated into priorities, decisions, roles, data, supplier action and measurable outcomes.
